Based out of Pure Performance in Wānaka, I coach individuals who seek high performance. From smashing the Motatapu Marathon, to long days skiing at Treble Cone, to performing better in everyday life — my goal is to help you get the most out of your mind and body.

The gym is our base and our laboratory. We use it to build strength, close the gaps, and enhance your capabilities, so you can perform with confidence and thrive outside the gym.
